2018 Conference Exhibit Agreement Form

Deadline for submission is August 10th, 2018

Exhibits for the Conference will be located in the Sampson Room, Suite Tower, at the Galt House Hotel in Louisville.

Exhibitors are responsible for set-up and break-down of the exhibit. Set-up can begin at 8:00 am on Friday, September 14, and must be taken down by 6:30 pm on Saturday, September 15.

General Guidelines

  • Exhibit area will be open to the public at the following times:
  • Friday, September 14: 12:00pm to 5:30pm
  • Saturday, September 15: 8:00am to 5:30pm
  • KMTA will provide up to two 4' x 8' tables.
  • Electrical outlets are available, but any and all extension cords, surge protectors, etc. must be provided by the exhibitor.
  • As exhibit spaces are usually public areas, KMTA cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. It is recommended that exhibits be monitored to ensure security of items.
Conference Exhibit Agreement

I /We hereby agree to establish and maintain an exhibit at the annual State Conference of the Kentucky Music Teachers Association, to be held at the Galt House Hotel, Louisville, KY, September 14, 2018 through September 15, 2018, subject to the General Guidelines. I understand that fees are nonrefundable.

The $150 non-refundable fee is enclosed ($75 if placing a full-page ad in the conference booklet).
